Room 101 Cigars have just introduced their newest installment of the LTD series with much fan fare. The Room 101 LTD Namakubi Edition is small limited production of only 100,000 cigar total for all of the five sizes. A tribute to the history of the Samurai culture: “Namakubi,” is Japanese for "freshly severed head." The Room 101 Namakubi cigars are packaged in boxes of twenty cigars that pack a good medium to full bodied punch. The cigars are blended using a beautiful Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, complimented by a proprietary “Generoso” (Honduras) seed binder, and fillers from both the Dominican Republic and Honduran Vuelta Abajo tobacco. The result is a solid smoke that is smooth with a good amount of strength, notes of earthy flavors like coffee, leather and wood with hints of sweetness and spice. One of the best releases so far from the Room 101 brand to date.
