Looking for a value maduro? Look no further. The off color wrappers of Segundos (“Seconds” in Spanish) are reputed to have no affect on the taste whatsoever. They are packaged in cellophane to help keep the cost low. Medium filler Dominican tobacco is combined with a tobacco sheet binder inside a San Andres Mexico Maduro wrapper. They come twenty to a bundle. It’s a reasonably tasty cigar for a very reasonable price.
