The 2012 version of the Oliva Serie V Maduro Especial has been released just in time for the close of the year. Extremely limited and sought after, the Oliva V Maduro is a rich San Andreas wrapped Maduro with a complex blend of Nicaraguan long filler tobaccos with specially fermented Jalapa Valley ligero. The production is extremely small with 3000 boxes of 10. For many years running the cigar was released as a belicoso shape. This changed in 2011 with the introduction of the 6 x 50 Toro. The 2012 follows the same format as the 2011, in a 6 x 50 Toro size. For those who are fans of the original Oliva Serie V, the V Maduro is sure to be a treat. It enhances the flavor of the Jalapa ligero, mixing a rich, earthy cocoa sweetness with the traditional spice of the Serie V. Hurry, as these generally move very fast!
